Hello everyone! First off, I just want to offer my sincere apologies for being away so long, and let you know that I miss you all terribly! It’s killing me to not be as able to blog as often, and I’m hoping to get back into the swing of things soon!
School has heated up for me in work load, and I’m finding myself in the process of beginning to write a book, which I’m very excited about! But that also makes me one very busy lady.
I’ll be posting as often as I can in the next few months, however! Prayers would be greatly appreciated if you happen to think of me. 🙂
The lovely Jennifer Slattery recently had me on her blog to talk about my fear of praying out loud and of reaching out to someone in her Reach Out to Live Out Campaign, so I thought I’d share that with you all here! I originally posted this story on October 21, 2010, but in case you missed it, you can read it at Jennifer’s blog here: http://jenniferslatterylivesoutloud.com/2012/06/04/when-god-says-stay/#comments.
Thank you, and I’ll hope to talk to you again soon!
It’s good to have you back! Keeping you in prayer, sweet Friend.
Thank you, I’m glad to be back! 🙂
And thank you, I appreciate it so much! I have limited time until the residency in August for Craftsman, so I need all the prayer I can get, haha.
Thank you for being such a very dear friend!
I talked about your experience with my daughter and her friend and it led to a great discussion on divine appointments and God’s love. I could tell by their facial expressions they were touched. 🙂
Wow, that’s so awesome to hear! 🙂 Thank you for sharing this with me, and I hope it was an encouragement to them!
As I look back on it now, in so many ways God prepared me for that meeting. I’d just read Acts 3 the day before, and it was the first time I’d really paid attention to what was going on in that chapter. And the next day when I needed it most, God brought it back to mind! It’s still completely baffling and awing to me.
All I can make of it with all sincerity is that God is good! 🙂
